Your Home's Trusted Guardian in Bodrum

Mi Casa Bodrum was established to provide comprehensive maintenance, vigilant oversight, and bespoke concierge services for homeowners who spend much of the year away from their Bodrum residences. We strive to guarantee your property remains secure, pristine, and fully prepared for your arrival.

Through our network of local experts, disciplined service standards, and transparent reporting, we offer total peace of mind.

A home is never more vulnerable than when no one is watching. A small leak, left unnoticed for weeks, can quietly become structural damage. A frozen pipe, an unlocked gate, a storm that passes through while you're thousands of miles away — these things don't wait for your next visit. That's the gap we close.
Whether you're away for a few weeks or the entire off-season, we act as your eyes and hands on the ground — inspecting, maintaining, and reporting back, so small issues never become expensive ones. And when you finally walk through the door, your home is exactly as you left it: cared for, ready, and yours again.
